They contain copper tripeptide-1, which aids in the production of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) helping to support and maintain the production of collagen and elastin, making your skin firm and retain moisture. I use other skin care products before and after this ampoule so it can boost and amplify the copper tripeptide. I found that I really liked the individual vials, as copper tripeptide can degrade, oxidize and lose their effectiveness if left open too long, so having a fresh ampoule each time ensures that I get the full potency of the ingredient. This is a really nice ampoule - I found that it did help with firming up some bits around my neck, but I also find that this is a commitment and needs to be done regularly with copper tripeptide
