I used it for a good quality sleep and it helps when I combine this magnesium.

May be after reading so much of reviews of this product I thought It would work. But nope. I don't think that it worked for me. May be it worked for others.So I purchased it in 2 K. 2 K wasted for trial. I think they should keep 30 pills bottle for trial

This is the first L-theanine I used for anxiety, & it works well for me to reduce it. Haven't tried other brands but this is really good

Guys I had a really big problem of anxiety. I have a very good academic record and speaking skills. But when i encountered anxiety in my life, I wasn't even able to speak infront of people. Whether I had a test, stage presentation or interview, my heart palpitated so heart that my voice and words caught a dead end in the middle. I tried etizolam as my doctor prescribed, but I found it sedative and killing my thinking capacity. So I stopped it. Anxiety, poor emotional state of mind, depression like symptoms, I couldn't figure out what could help me, until I found this product on amazon. I gave it a try and my situation is 50% better now. Its just a month taking l theanine now. I hope it will help me more after a prolonged use. Thanks alot.

Personally speaking I found this brand of Theanine works fine with me.I am much more refreshed when I wake up.Since it is double strength I use it during early night.I didn't notice any side effects so far.

Did not worked for me anyone need can take it from me for half of the price.
