Q: What percent of ingredients is Magnesium Oxide ?

magnesium 200 mg (as magnesium bisglycinate chelate, magnesium oxide). this is what it says on the back of the label.

Q: How big are the pills?

The capsules are larger than a Tylenol cap.but the have a gelatin coating and are quite easy to swallow. I am not a "fan of horse-size pills" myself. I can take this pill with no problem. Hope this helps.

Q: I won't buy a product without seeing an ingredient list and amount on the bottle. I can't imagine how many customers you have lost because of this?

Take a look at the listing again. While there isn't a photo of the ingredients on the bottle the listing under the title of "what's in this" lists all ingredients. It's 3 mg copper. I have taken it. I had no side affects.
