Rocky Mountain Lemon Oil is amazing. I had used Young Living but ran out and recently learned about the quality and trust you can have in Rocky Mountain OIls and so I decided to try this lemon oil and it is the same if not even better I think than the Young Living. The pure, therapeutic grade is there and the intensity of lemon does not disappoint. I put it in my diffuser for immunity and energy boosting while my family has head colds. It adds such a brightness to the kitchen where I diffuse it. I put a couple drops in my water first thing in the morning again for immunity and it helps to balance hormones. I use to use a half of lemon in a cup of water upon rising but have switched to 2 drops of this. It is soooo much easier, less messy and much more effective since the oil comes from the skin where the anitoxidents are present in the lemon which is more effective than just the juice itself. A few drops in a bowl of warm/hot water helps moisturize the air in your home. Use on sticky or greasy gunk when cleaning. Diffuse 3 drops Orange with 1 drop Rocky Mountain Oils' Cinnamon Bark to give your home a holiday feel. Diffuse Lemon and Orange together to provide bright energy. For an upset stomach, massage 2 drops Orange and 1 drop Peppermint in ½ tablespoon FCO into your abdomen using slow, clockwise strokes. It is safe enough to use around children and is a great one to use when cleaning playrooms.

My massage therapist introduced me to this brand during the aromatherapy part of my appointment. It was heaven! I ordered different brand and it lost its scent so fast! This is AMAZING, I'm somewhat new to essential oils, had only tried Doterra' Breath which I love, but my friend recommended this brand. Oct 22, 2015 a local podiatrist used bleomyacin injections in ball of my foot. (yes he is getting investigated by the state podiatry board) It literally burnt a hole that was still causing extreme neuopathy 8 mo later. It had healed over but scar tissue & nerve damage was so severe I literally could not sleep without wrapping my foot tight & pressing against a box at the end of my bed to stop the shooting pain. I was taking 900 mg of Gabapentin at bedtime to try to control the shock waves going off in my foot. At this point I was willing to try anything & for 20 some bucks this was worth a try. After only a few days of use I was down from 3 tables of Gabapentin , then 2 & finally 1. For weeks I've been off the Prescription & all of the horrible side effects. This truly is a miracle oil, just wish I'd have known about it months ago. I didn't realize that you're to use a carrier oil so just dumped it on the first week or so! : ) Now I do use coconut oil but it stated working before so not sure why it's necessary. All I know is if you have any sort of nerve damage you will NOT be disappointed!!!!
