Atari 40Th Anniversary Flashback 8 Gold Deluxe HD

I bought this product because I’m an 80s baby! I hadn’t played any of these oldie but goodie games in 30 years! My husband and I played it as well as my 6 yo niece and my 21 yo son and his gf! Tons of laughs and a lot of fun! It was delivered on time too! It has been updated to play on our widescreen TVs! Wireless joysticks, HD and 120 preloaded games!

I've already reviewed this item once before, but apparently that didn't get published. My husband and I have had tons of fun with this blast from the past. The package was delivered quickly, and it was new. Setup was a piece of cake. If you're looking for flashy games that compare to those of 2020, then this isn't for you. If you played Atari back in the day, then this is not going to disappoint. No complaints on our end, but I will say we have only had this since Christmas 2019. I will update my review if that changes.

Unfortunately the controllers are not responsive and have a large amount of delay with the console. There are also times in which the controllers will only work up and down but not left and right and vice versa. Not sure if that's a problem with the console or controllers but it's frustrating enough I'm returning so I won't need to deal with it. If they get the controller problem sorted it, the package is a total win and worth every penny.

I'm really happy with the port of the games to this device. The quality of graphics and sound is just like original Atari 2600. The exception, and important to me, was Frogger. I don't know where this version of Frogger came from, but it is not what was released for the 2600 years ago. This version is awful!! The quality of the other games still keeps this at a four-star rating, almost a five, but I was really disappointed in not getting the original Frogger.

Having played the very first Pong and other electronic games, this was a fantastic gift for our young - 6-10 year old- grandchildren. We tried it out first- saw that it was still great games! This was a super family gift and a really big hit!!

It may say it has 130 games, but many of them don't work properly. They either lack the x or y axis control so they are impossible to play. Ity of the games are fun to play. The graphics are retro but good.

Love this! Hours of entertainment. Excellent quality. Many many great games. Brings back great childhood memories. Fun to play and laugh with friends and family! Good times.

It doesn’t work. Several very intelligent adults followed the setup directions but none of us could get the controllers to pair with the console.

Porém, ao descobrir essa joinha vintage em homenagem ao clássico Atari, que superou expectativas, sosseguei!

Muitos jogos legais, mas falta o PACMAN.

Controles não funcionam. Tela fica piscando de forma intermitente.
