I was looking for a remedy that supports my body in fighting inflammation, contains carotenoids, supports joins and is a good value for money. They work for me and I take 1 in the morning and 2 at night. They keep my hands (mainly the thumb joints) mostly free of pain and allow my hands to work. Also, the company are very helpful with any questions you might have.

Good product - I prefer it to Vitamin C - easier on my stomach . I looked around these Swiss Bioeneregetics ones were the best value.

Rose hip capsules: I tried these well packaged( letterbox friendly) easy to swallow rose hip capsules because through arthritis my joints were not only sore but very stiff and after doing some research I decided to buy these. I took 3 per day and after 3 days noticed a decrease in my joint stiffness which is very welcome as it was making me a bit clumsy. I am very pleased with the product and will be purchasing more.

I love the fact that this product comes in a letterbox design which makes it easier to store in my cupboard. I have been taking this regularly now and in recent weeks the arthritus in my thumbs has improved significantly. I haven't changed anything else in my regime so I can only assume that its these tablets which seem to be working for me. I will buy again.
