Arrived on time in perfect condition! Love this scent and am glad it’s still available on Amazon because I can’t find it in most stores anymore.

I used this perfume one time and it gave me a headache and made me nauseous. I promptly reached out to Amazon who told me I would get a refund for a circumstance like this and asked for a picture. When i didn't hear back, I called Amazon again and was told no, I couldn't get a refund after all, and that the previous customer service rep gave me incorrect information. What the hell?? I was told to contact the seller, which I did. I let the seller know that the product made me sick and was requesting a refund or credit. They said no. I asked agaion for them to reconsider, as this was terrible customer service for an experience like this where it made me sick and can't use for the perfume. I asked for a credit towards another perfume or product. The robotic answer was the same: "Our policy states that refunds are only issued for lost shipment, and unfortunately, your case does not meet these criteria. We appreciate your understanding. Best regards. Support Team" What a load of crap. Perfume made me ill, Amazon customer service awful, and the seller absolutely terrible!! Miserable experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
