The paper in this spiral is think enough to stop bleed through so I can use both sides of the page, and do not have to worry about bleeding into the next page. I use these for my daily desk-side journal.

They are great, but have one issue. For the first 20 pages or so, on the left side, they stick together and when separated year out of the notebook. I bought these for goal lists, planner pages, budget, bookkeeping and to do lists and they work great for them as soon as you get through those papers. I cut through and wasted those pages in the other 2 notebooks.

These are high quality notebooks and exactly what I was looking for. They have 130 pages each which is more than most notebooks like this. For people who write lots of notes, like me, these are perfect. The cover is very sturdy. The metal wire is sturdy and heavy-duty, and the pages are very easy to tear out, and without leaving a mess of little shredded strips behind that you have to clean out. These are more heavy duty than the ones I used to buy at the drugstore. I would highly recommend these notebooks, especially if you are a big note maker like me!!

I like the nice layout for good notetaking. The extra heavy backer board helps to provide a solid writing surface. The pages turn easy. Cover looks good as well. Price is fair for the product.

Good spiral-bound, small notebook. I use it around the house to record a number different items. Good price.

Love this notebook, kind of pricey, but nothing compares.

My elderly mother needs to write things down so she can remember them and uses this notebook religiously. She has no complaints.
