Rock tape is my favorite brand of tape. I use it all the time for my wrists and knees, (I have a connective tissue genetic disorder that causes joint Hypermobility) it keeps my joints comfortable and secure. Like a brace but with more mobility. The adhesive sticks good, gentle on sensitive skin as long as you don’t rip it off like a bandaid. When done with the tape I personally noticed it’s best to take off gently with some water or even some soap. This pattern is my favorite, looks so cool and I always get compliments on the style. Will continue to buy this brand and this pattern in the future

This is the best tape. It lasts. Even after a shower it dried and stayed tight. Doesn't rub off or roll down like other brands. Thanks!

Excellent tape

Love the print, so much better than black all the time. Compared to the all black, I believe it's not as sticky. I changed it every 2-3 days, with the black I can go about 4-5 days, depending on how much swimming I do. Did the job, and would buy again.

Love this design. Love rocktape better than kenisio tape oddly enough. Google usually shows great applications for your issues. And physical therapist was one to turn us onto these as well as give us some methods to apply to the knee (mis aligned kneecap) and shoulder/neck (blown cervical discs and shoulder injury. We got ankle (twisted), foot (planter fasciitis), and wrist (tendonitis) and lower back how tos from YouTube. Rocktape irritated my daughter less than kenesio for some odd reason. Stayed on longer, And do NOT get the KT tape at local stores (Walmart, CVS etc) because its junk. Put said kenesio vs rock tape is personal preference but (cannot remember exactly which body parts) some areas worked better with one over the other. I believe knee was better with rock.... either way, this stuff rocks. Learn where to apply tension and where tape needs to have no stretch- it makes the difference when using it for injuries. Depending on what you tape up and how frequently you take long soaks in tub with essential oils and junk is how long the tape stays on you. We have had it last from 2 days to a week... Overall, best color choices! Totally fashionable lol

I have broken ligaments in my right wrist. My therapist placed this on my wrist and my strength increased a lot! I decided to get my own supply so I just need to get better at wrapping my wrist so I don’t cause irritation to my skin. PS: I am right handed!
