Corazon Blanco is great, Corazon Reposado takes things a whole other level. The best reposado I've ever had, including more expensive ones. Exceptionally smooth with a great balance of agave, oaky vanilla, brown sugar and cinnamon notes. A bit too good for mixing in anything but drinks where the tequila is allowed to come through i.e it's a waste in a Margarita but in a tequila Old Fashioned made with agave nectar it shines. Ultimately though, it's really one for sipping.

First impressions vere great - super aromatic. But taste is not so good. It is not hars, but not very smooth as Patron. For 25£ maybe it is a good deal, because Patron costs +/- 40£.Verdict: if you want tequila - good deal for 25£, if you need nice sipping drink - this will not be the best choice. I do not know how Olmeca altos reposado tastes, but I suspect that the same. It means that only price will determine which product to choose. If you need some nice gift - look for something else.Would I buy it again - not for sipping, but for parties and coctails it is OK.

This is by far the nicest tequila I have ever tried. It is so smooth and doesn't have a bitter after taste.I have drank it both neat and within a cocktail and really like it.It is well presented in a nice bottle.Look forward to drinking it over the next few months.

A good mixer or ingredient in a cocktail, didn't like the taste as a shot but in a cocktail it's got that tequila kick.

Packs a punch and goes down easily. It has a good flavour - mild spicing and vanilla.

This Tequila is made in Jalisco, Mexico at the San Matias Distillery. It is distilled from 100% fully matured agave plants, rested in Canadian oak barrels for six to eight months, and packaged in an attractive hand-blown glass bottle with a traditional cork stopper.This is quite an easy drinking spirit with a nicely balanced flavour with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon. It can be drank neat or with a mixer or cocktail. Very pleasant and an ideal spirit for the summer.

This is a really smooth-tasting tequila that is perfect for use with mixers, in a cocktail or simply on its own. It’s really drinkable without tasting too rough and really does go down a treat! I also appreciate the eco credentials espoused by the manufacturer on the product page.Although I’m not generally a big fan of tequila, I would definitely recommend this brand to friends — the bottle is also appealing to look at so it would make an ideal present too!

Corazón Reposado Tequila hails from the San Matias Distillery in Jalisco. This Mexican elixir is packaged in an attractive hand-blown glass bottle with a traditional cork stopper. Part of its smoothness can be attributed to its natural ingredients of 100% blue agave. It has a warming cinnamon spice flavour and notes of vanilla. It's great on its own, or in a Margarita. Either way, a bottle won't last long at a gathering this summer. It carries a fairly hefty price tag which should slow down its consumption (a bit).
