XML in Easy Steps

I have quite a few of McGrath's books and like them all and this one is no exception to that. Good advice and tutorials with plenty of graphics to help you along the way. Good clear advice given.

Gave me the grounding that I needed. Always found the easy steps series books have always been good for me.

The book is very brief and seems to cover more about documents for the web. You really need to down load an XML editor so that you may check your program validity. This is important if you want to write schemas for your programes.

I'm not sure whether it is my dislkike of the XML language schema, but I didn't think this book lived up to the reputation that the other books in the series did. The JavaScript edition was fantastic which is why I bought this book, but it just wasn't interesting or a particularly good reference for integrating with other languages which is the main reason I bought it.Love the other books, but perhaps this one isn't quite as good.
