MUST BUY I BOUGHT MY PILLOWS BACK IN SEPTEMBER OF 2019 AND THEY ARE STILL FLUFFY BUYING THEM AGAIN TO REPLACE SOME FLAT PILLOWS MY MOTHER IN LAW BOUGHT ME. THEY ARE NICE AND SOFT BUT YET STILL FIRM ENOUGH TO SUPPORT ESPECIALLY SINCE I'M PLUS SIZE!

This pillow is moldable. I think the foam is a medium firmness because it flattens when in use. The great thing about memory foam is it reshapes, however I like the very firm ones because it feels thicker.

I have owned Lucid mattresses for years! Love them but the pillow is better than the mattress! I have bought 6 different pillows before this lucid pair. I don't know why I didn't think of it sooner. These were so comfortable, just like the mattresses. I slept great last night and my shoulders didn't hurt when i woke up! The pillows stayed firm like my mattress! Buy them if you have neck or shoulder pain from sleeping. You wont regret this purchase I promise!

the pillows looked really expensive. they are fluffy and form really nice to however you sleep with them. they bounced back from using them. there’s no smell and the color is a nice white and pretty blue trim. AFter using them for a while, they seemed to have a dip where our heads go continuously night after night. So i put them in my dryer on warm for a few minutes and they puffed right back up again.

The pillows are made of good quality and nice and soft materials. My big complaint is with the description stating this pillows are customizable. With other pillows I have bought, this means you can add or subtract the shredded memory foam filling inside the pillow to your preferred comfort level. This was not the case with this pillow. Fortunately for me I had some extra fill from a different brand and was able to pop a stitch and open the interior casing to allow me to put more fill into the pillow. I then had to sew that section back together. The initial loft seemed decent after I opened the vacuum package and let the pillows sit for 48 hours. The issue arose when I actually went to sleep on the pillow. It felt good initially, then slowly compressed to a point that was uncomfortable for me. I tried to fluff it up and move the full around, but it would either migrate away from my head or compress to the same thin flat pillows. Since taking the time to self customize this pillow it is much better. Had I been able to easily customize these pillows as stated in the description I would have given them more stars, but unfortunately the description was misleading. If you enjoy a very flat yet soft pillow, you may enjoy this pillow. If not, try elsewhere.

These pillows don't go flat, just compressed. A quick fluff every month keeps them in good shape. They don't get hot even in cotton sheets. I had one given to me as a kid that I still use and bought two more as I am now in a bigger bed. This is the first time my partner has tried them and he doesn't snore now. I've never noticed a smell of the bamboo but I have a poor sense of smell so I'm not sure. It is comfortable to sleep on your sides, back or stomach without pain so it's perfect for the sleep tornado in your life. :>

My pillows I ordered were very deceiving. I did read a lot of the reviews prior to purchasing and they were 50/50 so I thought I would give them a try for their price. The memory foam bunches up into balls so my pillow is then lumpy and flat. It offers zero neck support as it flattens right away or when you try to adjust it, it usually bunches up like I mentioned. I am a side sleeper and this pillow brings a lot of neck pain as it offers no support for me. Very bad buy. Memory foam missing out of both pillows so they are not very fluffy to begin with.. There is not access to the memory foam to add or remove foam so I had to cut a hole on the end of each pillow and then take some out of one and place into the other just to provide more comfort, which that did not work out so well as the memory foam itself still bunches up and makes my pillow very lumpy. Bad product, would not recommend.

Excelente producto. No conocía la marca y son las primeras almohadas que encuentro en mi vida que realmente son firmes. Llegaron super bien empacadas. Con dejarlas un rato a que se expandan y agarren forma quedan bien, pero 100% recomiendo que además las metan en la secadora (como recomiendan en su sitio web). Quedaron increíbles. Llevo usándolas desde enero (7meses) y siempre vuelven a su forma original, están como nuevas aún, dan super buen soporte y el material es súper suave y bonito. Las fundas tienen cierre para lavarlas aparte. Siempre busco almohadas firmes y todas sin excepción, de firmes no tienen más que el nombre, y en poco tiempo ya estan todas planas. Con éstas no es el caso, sin una joya. Para quienes comentan que no se inflan y quedan todas planas, creo que les faltó esperar a que agarraran forma y sobre todo el detalle de la secadora. No les veo falla, de hecho pienso comprar otro juego. Recomiendo totalmente. UPDATE: año y medio usándolas y siguen como el primer día, de verdad son lo máximo

Comfortable and cool pillow, improves my sleep compared to old pillow

Great pillows for bed - comfortable and supportive.

These came in a super flat package and I thought they would be flat but they sprung up quickly into full size comfy pillows. It is difficult to use two at the same time but one for sure as they are so big. They are comfortable and I would suggest them to others too.

The pillow is very loose and thin even worse then my normal cotton pillow. After sleeping for a night, the pillow become flat and I need to keep on squashing the pillow to get a suitable height. Will NOT recommended this pillow to anyone. The quality is VERY BAD.
