Good to use as a glazing medium for oil painting to show reflections.
Easy to yse and good coverage of the canvas. Recommended by our art teacher. We work with water soluble oils and wanted to paint a wet pavement in a rainy day with glazed reflections. Worked well reasonably priced and arrived within a day.

Dries oil paints quickly!
I bought this because I was using water-mixable oils for the first time and, as I had a deadline to meet, I was getting frustrated at the length of time sections of my painting were taking to dry. This medium does help the paint dry more quickly, but I found it made my paint quite thick, so it was difficult to get a smooth, flat surface and some of the faces in my portraits looked a bit lumpy. However, I am by no means a professional artist, so I'm sure that someone who knows what they are doing could easily overcome this problem. It does certainly dry oil paints more quickly, which is important if you want to finish your painting.
