Great thermal printer
Printer was in good shape. It reports no milage or cutter use on arrival, so I know it was inspected and reset and not just reboxed.

The product worked fine and arrived in good condition. More explanation on USB connection is needed.

Lack of cords and The cords are not working
Printer is fine but won't turn on because either the cords don't work , lack of cords or maybe I just got scammed .

Setup was easy and printer is very good for the price, print quality varies on what is being printed. For a refurb unit I recommend these.

Not sure this is a refurbished product. Lots of paper cut scrapings in the inside. USB port does not work. After multiple attempts with different drivers... simply not working on windows 11. Stay away.
