What's the difference in feel compared to the rakzax or dhs hurricane 3

I have not used Rakza X, but I am using DHS Hurricane 3 for quite some time. First of all this is a tensor rubber, so ball jumps off the bat quickly. With Hurricane 3, you will have to use your physical strength to hit hard. It also has quite higher throw similar to Tenergy 05 to some extent. Rakza 7 is much much faster than Hurricane 3. It is not tacky but quite grippy. I personally use Rakza 7 on my BH and DHS Hurricane 3 Neo on FH.

What is the mfg date on the rubber you are selling?

These are the newest manufactured rubbers. Import date is Nov., 2018 TableTennis'R'Us

Does it contain glue?9

No, Rakza 7 is not tacky, but it is decently grippy. One of the best rubber for all round play.
