My ferritin levels have been creeping up each time I get bloodwork checked so this stuff is working well. My naturopath recommended this particular brand because it does not cause constipation or stomach issues like other iron pills. I have been using them for a year and take them with food and they work great

No stomach upset, small size and easy to take. Really got my ferritin up during perimenopause struggles, before I added estrogen.

I love this iron. I take it every day at lunch. It was recommended to me by my doctor. I have been taking it for over a month now. You should take it with food, as it will likely cause you upset stomach if you don't.

I really like these iron pills, the size of them is PERFECT, small enough to easily swallow! Being low on iron I noticed I was very tired (no matter what I ate or drank) and almost felt lethargic most days. I have to say after starting these my energy levels have increased drastically! I feel an obvious change in how my body feels, I do take these at night and do wake up with much more energy. Before taking these I struggled with low energy levels and now I feel a lot better.

I could tell an immediate difference in my energy once I started taking these following a recommendation from my dr., and haven’t had any unpleasant side effects. However, I actually laughed out loud when I opened the bottle for the first time. The pills fill up mayyybe 10% of the bottle, and that’s being generous. Please make this less wasteful!

If you have had RNY gastric bypass, this works, but still causes loose elmination.

Good quality, easy to swallow, does not cause stomach upset which is a big plus

My iron and ferritin we’re very low it’s been a bit over a month that I’m taking this product and my numbers are just a bit shy of normal. I am continuing them. I have no side effects. No digestive issues.
