Another amazing volume in the Konosuba series. Everything I loved and enjoyed in the first volume is improved upon in this one. What really sets this series apart from others is its characters; Kazuma, Megumin, Darkness, and Aqua interact so well with one another you just can't help but love to read about all the crazy shenanigans they are going to get in. Amazing characters, great story and comedy make this one of the best. If you haven't already, do yourself a favor and read this series.

I enjoyed this book for these days. I have good time reading this book before my bed time after a long hour work.

I was pleasantly surprised, after the first volume had been followed so closely by the anime, to find whole new events in this volume that weren't included in the anime. Kazuma's unfortunate adventures are just so much fun to experience, and I really appreciate how unapologetic the story is for its cast of utterly incompetent fools(that you can't help but love because they don't try and make them likeable). I'm eagerly awaiting the third volume.

Great follow up to the first novel. Goes up until the Mobile Defense Fortress, which is basically where we ended off in the anime except for the movie.

After watching the anime and reading the manga, I can say for sure that the novel is more informative. A great read, even if you’ve watched the anime.

I love the series as a whole. 5 stars hands down.The person who packaged this volume seems to go out of their way to ruin the covers. 2 big creases on the top and bottom where it flairs straight up. What a douche.

If you read my review of the 1st volume, it's that +10%. It has a formula which defies formulas. You can see where the plot is going and, when you get there, it's like... "Wait, What?" It got a tiny bit into the ecchi realm but even that was an unexpected path which opened some doors which may lead to genuine romance in 3-5 books.

This is an excellent, fun light novel that covers the second half of the first season of the anime. The translation is smooth and the story is as enjoyable and lighthearted as the first. Highly recommend to people looking for a comedic fantasy series!
