Why do plastic pennies cost more than real ones?
The pennies are just fine. Just occured to me that plastic pennies literally costs more than real ones. Which is wild to me. Should have gone to the bank and got real ones instead lol.

Of all the fake pennies I've bought for my wishing well, this is the best. Others are much lighter weight wise as well as color appearing brassy. I didn't check the price difference but don't waste your time on the others unless you want to weight and paint them.
