FirsTime & Co. Laguna Outdoor Wall Clock, 18", Aged Teal

The humidity and temperature dials are not very accurate. Seem to be stuck in same spot. When I received the clock I set time and noticed the clock stopped as the minute hand approached the dial for the temperature. Upon closer look, I could see the minute hand got stuck behind the dial for the temperature. I had to take the clock apart to release the minute hand. It has kept perfect time since and is hanging on my wall. I liked the face of this clock and the ease of reading it from a distance. The humidity and temperature dials are of no need to me.

My outdoor clock finally got beat up by the sun and heat. I've been looking for a new one to replace it and came across this clock. The price was right, the size was right and I liked the look. It was delivered in a timely manner and was easy to install one AA battery (not included) and hang it up outside on my patio. Hoping that this makes it through a extremely hot summer....time will tell. I would buy this item again.

I like to write honest reviews and am not one to complain easily but this was a terrible purchase. It looks lovely... but doesn't work. First of all, it take a long time to arrive. OK, patience is a virtue and a good product is usually worth waiting for. It is a good looking clock and I liked how it appeared on our exterior wall. But this was sold and purchased as an EXTERIOR clock and as soon as it rained... it stoped working. Specifically, after the rain the short hour hand got stuck behind the humidity indicator. The first time this happened, I played around with it and by moving the hour indicator around with the little plastic cog-thingy at the back, was able to get it unstuck. Happiness! Then it rained again. Same thing happened. Rain, repeat. Rain, repeat. I reached out to Amazon and had a long and ultimately unhelpful conversation with them via chat. I've been promised a replacement but that was ages ago and I'm still waiting. Is it stuck in transit again? Will it ever come? Do I need to go back to Amason for another fruitless conversation? Usually I find the customer service to be good. Not this time around. Save yourself from a similar headache and timesink and choose a different clock and not from FirsTime and Co.

Overall a very nice looking clock with oil bronze color palette. Has same cheap clock movement as all indoor/outdoor clocks (you can find the movement motors on Amazon for under $10) in the under $150 range. Good luck on making any adjustments on the Temperature or Humidity dials. Probable won’t happen without damaging something in the process. This is definitely a product that is more for show than accurate fine tuning.

Such a great clock! Been up for 2 months now and I am very satisfied!! Keeps time great and both the thermometer and hygrometer have been surprisingly on point. Plenty big and clear enough for us to see from the other side of our deck and looks great. I would highly recommend this if you're looking for an outdoor clock.

Really nice clock for the money. Easy to read from a distance. Really nice addition to my new room. I love the temperature and humidity indicators. They are also easy to read. It is not completely silent though. It does emit a soft tick-tock sound when its quiet. I personally like the sound though.

It looked great coming out of the box and we promptly hung it outside near our pool under the covered patio. Unfortunately, the wind came up and the clock fell off the wall and it was then I could see several flaws in calling this an outdoor clock 1) this is glass and it shattered when it broke 2) the clock face is heavy cardboard or light particle board which will end up looking like wet paper in the humidity, especially in Texas next to a pool. The mechanism is sturdy, even after it feel the clock workings kept working. The metal frame and numbers are nice and strong but they deserve to be on a better quality product

This works great on my fence. I can read it from a good distance away.

We use this clock outside in the summer and it is very easy to see and read from our pool, which is about 15 feet away. It is under cover, Does not get wet and we do take it in for the winter. It is very attractive!

Just received today and I just so happened to be in the garage when it arrived and delivery guy handed it to me.... Unacceptable! I went to open the box up, excited as we're looking forward to this for the outside deck area and all of a sudden clanging and crumbling and shards of glass in my front entranceway! The glass had been shattered, and after I looked further, the box had been squished in at the center, and all that kept the inside contents "safe" and "secure were 2 outer edge Styrofoam pieces -- clearly not going to keep a large glass clock face protected!! So after carefully putting as much of it (including broken glass) into the box, and then cleaning up tiny shards of glass, I've written my review and return initiation. I get it, believe me, but.... My 1 star review because -- (1) who minimally packages a piece containing glass? (2) I thought about if it had been outside and somehow fallen, and could have seriously injured someone so thank goodness this happened upon receiving and I am returning (3) and delivery companies need to be accountable, I'm not sure about other Ontario customers, but I can *guaranteed* see the care and tell the difference that an Intelcom provides versus a Puolator or FedEx that seems to be less care in delivery.

Nothing not to like.

It fits the space and has the temperature on it so I liked that. Big enough to see at a distance.
