Mi-Pac Hot Zebra Rucksack - Black

My granddaughter chose this rucksack for her birthday to use for school. She was very pleased with it as it is pretty as well as being ideal for all she needs to carry to school. It is comfortable to wear and her mum and I liked the fact that it goes on her back instead of over the shoulder and is therefore better for her back. She was willing to wait for it, but it arrived early and was therefore in time for her birthday. Very good service.

Purchased this for my sons birthday. Arrived quickly & he was very pleased. Used for 2 days & I noticed that the straps were coming away from bag so returned it & got a replacement. Used for 2 days and again straps starting to come away, again returned & got a replacement. Used for 1 day & guess what? Yep, straps coming away again. Fed up so sending back for a refund. Cannot fault Amazon for sending the replacements so quickly just a badly made product. Hope that the refund is as quick. Would certainly not bother with mi-PAC again.

I bought 2 MI PAC bags from 2 different suppliers for my daughter and my son's return to school as they looked so cool design wise. The bags look sturdy on the pictures but are quite flimsy made. In fact my daughter came back 2 weeks ago telling me that her Vintage blue Mi Pack did not zip up properly. After being able to close it a few more times very carefully, the zip has now given up and we are looking to buy another school bag after only a month of use. Really disappointed and will not be buying any other MI PACK products in future.

The rucksack itself is very nice, a pretty pattern, seems pretty durable, well made, and is a nice size. However, after placing my order, it took over a month for the order to be processed and dispatched. After dispatch, the bag came within a few days, but I still had to wait over a month to receive it which I was not happy about. This bag is available elsewhere, so do not order from here if you are wanting to receive it in a reasonable amount of time!

I had to reorder a replacement bag for my daughter as the first one started to come away at the stitching on the handles at the back.My daughter was very disappointed so I ordered a replacement. Lets hope it doesn't have the same problem. Very disappointing for a quality named item.

I ordered this bag to use on my recent holiday to Borneo. I wanted a bag that was practical yet stylish and this serves both of those purposes.It came quickly and the only flaw I can think of is that it did come a little flat so you have to use it a few times before it becomes properly functioning.It carried lots of heavy things for me with ease in the jungle and I highly recommend this bag, very tough!

Very pretty. Excellent padding on the handles. I got it one or two days ago it came today. Free super saver delivery. Lots of room for school books and very light weight. I totally recommend this.

daughter uses this for school - good comfy straps and plenty of pockets including internal extra pocket. The bottom part is kind of suedette which I was worried would soak through/get stained but seems to be doing ok.
