Able to have comfortable sleep

I ordered the high end pillow.
I ordered OT for my wife who doesn’t sleep well.She said it’s too big and she has neck problems and pains after using it,I must have ordered a small one,I didn’t know.i am in another country so didn’t receive it myself to further comment on this one yet.When I go to india I will see what’s wrong with it anyway.Anyhow it’s almost same price like another country.

Size isn’t as advertised
Bought the 27" L x 17.5" W x 5" H pillow and what I received was a small pillow of 24”L x 15”W x 4”H pillow. Bought two of them and they are both small. Even after paying for the given size The product delivered was small. The information sheet mentions wait for 48 hours for the pillow to fluff up fully, but it’s been weeks since I unpacked the pillows but the pillows haven’t expanded to the size I paid for. In fact since they so tightly pack the pillows the don’t even puff up evenly. My pillows all both sloping on one side. It’s uncomfortable to sleep on. Please consider all these cons and buy the product. My money is wasted buying these pillows.

Insufficient support.
Though the pillow is of very high quality, but it does not give sufficient support to the neck. It is memory foam but it is hard for my head weight and I end up waking with a neck pain .

I wanted medium soft pillow, but this is very hard and heavy. May be designed for some specific purpose.
