This product has has been apart of my diet for years and I stand by the company. This isn't a do all pill or magic pill BUT with simple eating, sleeping and physical activity changes you will see improvement amongst yourself. definitely would recommend.

works pretty good. Have a sinus drainage it helps to control it so I dont have to take medicine that gives me side effects.
