Going #2 was a struggle until I took this. I put a pump of my skinny syrup in there to mask the taste, mix it up and chug it. Think it helps me sleep solid as well. I recommend it for sure.

This is a great way to micro dose. We use this for our whole family - especially when we are feeling a cold come on. Thorne is our favorite.

This product upset my stomach so bad from the first try. I am used to taking vit C at this level and have never had any issues and it tastes horrendous.

It helps me tremendously with bowel movement. I've been taking it almost 7 years and it works great. The only thing I don't like about it is the fizz. Powder is always hard to drink, but this one has a fizz on top of that. That's the only draw back. Also, since it's powder, it's harder to take when you're out or traveling. But that's just a small inconvenience. Because it's powder, you can adjust your intake as well. I would recommend it to anyone who needs C.
