Easy to use, well built

I bought a set of 3 for under my 50 year old house to sturdy up the flooring. After paying a foundation specialist company $5000 for leveling and bracing the main floor beam with their jacks, I decided to brace the center under the living room floor with my own jacks. These Bob's foundation jacks are just as good as the ones the foundation company used. I just want sturdy support, I'm not using them to raise the floor. I looked at other jacks and I believe these are money well spent

They arrived on time. Sturdy, heavy, easy to use and did the job that I needed done. They are temporary support for our deck while we replace some rotted wooden suppirts.

Arrived on time, packed well. Supper easy to install and stabilize my kitchen area of my house. I really liked the simplicity of putting them together and installing while in the crawl space. Liked so much I am getting 4 more for the other side of the house.

Was easy to adjust to the right height, my flooring now seems a lot safer. One adverse comment, the use of the word "jacks" when it is only one jack.

Bob industrial: basement jack, joist jacks, shoring or adjustable basement supports are good quality the welds are nice thick metal for the base. Smooth screw jack mechanism holds. I have these guys under my house for 2 years now. Way easier then use a bottle jack and 4x4 post cut and shimmed. The price variable is crazy I bought the them at I m sure around 49.99 or 59.99 and saw the at 159.99. This make no sense since you can get the 36” 3 ft adjustable one for 30 to 40$ cheaper. This has led me to get the Vestil brand for 70$ and now have 8 of them and 4 Bob jacks. Bob are better not double the price better. Yes 15 to 20$ more maybe. I would love to buy direct at 10 pcs or more. Yes made in China they do make good steal products politics aside. Change the price and I’ll consider buying again!
