We love this shower head. We were looking for something with mid-range quality without breaking the bank. All of our hardware is brushed nickel so we wanted our shower head to match. I also did a lot of research for a more eco-friendly shower head with less water consumption. The pause function was essential and the light rainfall setting on this is fairly conservative with the water pressure. This was the best option we could find to fit the bill. We have been using this for several months and we really like it. It has been functioning perfectly. Very easy to use. We love that we can toggle between the multiple settings and also use either the head, the hand spout, or both at once. When my hub and I need to shower at the same time, we use both the showerhead and handheld so that we aren't taking turns. The pause mode is great for not wasting water for in-shower beauty routines, like leaving face and hair masks on for several minutes at a time. Overall this device has made our bathroom look so much better and I think we'll have an easier time selling our home when we're ready in a few years because of it. Love this this was such a high impact, low-cost upgrade.

Having bought and used many handheld shower heads at my age of almost 63 I am so glad I selected this one. I’ve used many disappointing showerheads and have to say this is about my favorite. The spray pressure is good and the spray selections are great. On the high pressure sprays you hear a whirling because there seems to be some type of mechanism inside that gives it a really nice massaging effect. The top shower head is smaller than expected but just fine for my needs as I was not looking for a large “rain shower” head. One con is the hose could be just a little longer as with another one in my other shower, but that is not to say it is too short. Great price and quality, easy install.

Works & flows, but for how long, It's made of plastic. I like having the option to use a wand to get @ those hard-to-rinse spots-You know where I'm talking about. It has held up for nearly a year, unlike the last one. But I keep buying these(2 total)because they're affordable and convenient. No breaking the bank to have the luxury of a wand in the shower. Brass ones are pricey and I can be cheap at times. It's very light and could break if it smacked against a hard tub, I've seen it happen. After a while, the holes will fill up and stop producing water. I think you can soak 'em in some hard water cleaner and open them up. Last time I didn't have the patience and just bought another. Wth, I got a year or so out of it, for $30, ya can't go wrong.

Yes, it is mostly plastic, but don't that scare you off. We were mostly interested in water pressure out of the shower heads and this definitely delivers. We shower together often and need a system that provides enough pressure for the handheld head to spray clear across the shower for me, while the wife uses the main one, and provide enough pressure for both at the same time. Works perfectly! Installed easily, leak free, couldn't be happier.

I love this shower head! I bought it because I am redoing my bathroom using oiled bronze fixtures and I was looking for another handheld shower unit because I like the versatility of being able to take it down off the wall. Then I saw this one with a fix and handheld head and I decided to give it a try. I am glad I did. This is really nice and though the instructions say that you could experience a loss of water pressure using both head at the same time, I use it all the time with both head on, and I have not found any noticeable loss of pressure. It's well made, the handheld head feels very sturdy in your hand and I like that the flexible hose is plastic coated so it doesn't scratch the walls. The price is really good and I plan on getting a second one for our other bathroom as well.

Screwing the main body part onto the water pipe pushed the supplied thin washer into the pipe. Went to hardware and got a thicker cone shaped washer which allowed the part to screw down tight so it wouldn’t leak. The ring to secure the body is made of cheap plastic and doesn’t work as designed. The next problem was my fault as I cross-threaded the hose when I was attaching it on the cheap plastic threads. I opted not to send it back since I jacked up threads and trashed the whole thing. I ordered a Waterpik brand dual head and is a quality unit and installation was easy.

I purchased this showerhead in 2018. It's 2025 now and it's still working great. I'm looking to replace it now only because the rubber around the water holes is starting to deteriorate and the streams are shooting in the directions. I mainly used the top (hand held) head and rarely changed settings. The hand held shower head was the perfect size for my stall shower. It cleans up easily with a little vinegar.

Works great, no leaks, excellent pressure and looks great. I'm a 65 year old woman and I installed this myself. I have never installed a shower head before and was concerned about leaks but it was super easy. I have a 35" shower stall and it's a perfect fit as you can adjust the heads to shoot the water wherever you need it. I would highly recommend. Thinking about getting a second one for the other bathroom because the install was so easy and nothing leaked. Only problem I had was unscrewing the old shower head because it was on so tight and had to get my son to provide the muscle for that. Once that was off I took over and it was a snap.
