Yukon YDGGM8.5-3-28-1 Duragrip Differential for GM 8.5" with 28 Spline Axle

You know that thing open diff pickup trucks do when one of the drive wheels gets in the mud and just spins? Yeah, that doesn't happen anymore. Installation is a bit of a job, but you expect that.

I have it in a C10 to replace the g80, 2.73 gears for 4 years now , I've had no issues and am happy with it. Ad says it's rebuildable, I just wonder where I can get clutches for it when the time comes.

This thing works great! make sure and check the manufacture website for the correct bearings to use.

Great product. Installed in my 87 Chevy 4x4 and I am very happy with it. Haven't driven it alot yet but it is working perfectly. No grabbing on turns or popping. Be sure and use the additive when filling with oil. I have used these units before and have had very good luck with them. If you don't know how to set up a differential don't attempt it. Find someone that does.

So far so good! Installed with Yukon 3.73 gears in a 2nd gen Camaro. 👌 Holding up good with my LS swap.
