Does an ok job, but will not handle switching the input between devices. It seems to lock to one resolution ie. 1080 and if it's connected to another source like 720 it simply displays a color bar. My original plan was to use an HDMI switch to select one of two outputs and display on a standard video input video TV. The problem arises when it's switched and will not display another HDMI input. Since I needed the adapter for only two devices I simply purchased a second and each HDMI has it's own adapter and I used an RCA switch to move between displays.

I ordered this product in order to use a Roku 3 on my older HD TV and it works perfectly! I am even able to connect it to non-HDTV's that have the same cable connectors to move my Roku to different rooms. Does the job for what I needed.

It does work but there is a irritating noise in in audio

I thought I was stuck after my hd tv crapped out on me, but this item worked perfectly. I can now watch my blu ray player on my non-hd TV.

It clearly stated in the description that it was for a PS4 and it did not work.When it was hooked up the PS4 unit just blinked. You could not adjust settings because it would never go to settings. It did not work so we sent it back, only to have someone from that company ask me to redo my rating because it was not suitable for Xbox. I realized right then why product did not function properly. I had already e-mailed her and told her it was for a PS4.
