Probably okay for aromatherapy but could be stronger.
I tried mixing the oil with water (and a dash of liquid soap and alcohol) to try to eradicate household ants, and the results were so-so at best (with the understanding that this is not the oil's purpose, per se). The candy cane scent is pleasant but transient. I've only tried one other peppermint essential oil, and it definitely was stronger than Sponix, though, to be fair, perhaps it works fine as aromatherapy.
