Best RV Product Ever - Been Rv'ing for 30 + years
I have been RV'ing for almost 30 years myself and 50 years if you consider it all started with my parents before me taking the family RV'ing. The 4" stinky slinky has been in use for that entire time and it is about time someone came up with something as easy and wonderful as this. Wish I thought of it. It has made the absolute worst part of RV'ing a non issue, particularly if you put just a bit of effort into the installation if you have a coach with a utility area like I have (any class "A" coach). Check the photo I have included. I made a simple and easily removable manifold out of pex so that all of my connections are at a single point. The manifold stays put all the time. I just swing ball valves to direct water where I need it and never have to connect/disconnect once we are parked. The Sewer Solutions is even better than the only other option to the stinky slinky which would be a $400 macerater pump which is still messy and stinky. The best thing about this product are: 1) No more mess and no more smell 2) I used to always leave the grey tank shut so I could use it to flush down a bit after dumping black. No need any more 2a) Leave grey valve open all the time when at the park. 3) Pull the black valve, turn on the flush, walk away for a few minutes or wait for brown to turn clear, shut the valve - done 4) I bring a 1" x 10ft length of PVC pipe with a 90 and copper adaptor on it just in case I need more reach at the park. No concerns with uphill/downhill 5) I can now go straight home after a trip - no need to find a dump station because I have a 30ft x 1" PVC line with unions that I can quickly connect to my clean-out at home, so that is 40ft + away and slightly uphill and it works flawlessly. Summary: I can't rave about this product enough. Made the absolute worst part of RV'ing a complete non issue.

I was skeptical when I ordered the Sewer Solution but it really works great. I used about 30 feet of 1" pvc ...
I never write reviews but this thing is so neat I just had to say something. I have worked in the construction and oil industry for 35 years and used jetting devices in heavy industrial applications so I am well aware of the Bernoulli principle. I was skeptical when I ordered the Sewer Solution but it really works great. I used about 30 feet of 1" pvc to connect up the Sewer Solution to my septic tank at home. It was uphill about 2' but it unloaded the Black Tank from my travel trailer in short order. We just got back from a week long camping trip to the Grand Canyon and Arizona. It was a breeze to hook up each time. No more "Stinky Slinky" hose to mess with. You can just leave the gray water valve open and it will keep the gray water tank emptied as you camp. Dump the black water tank as needed. It makes for a much neater looking setup and your campsite as well. I had to buy a 5" clear sewer extension pipe to get the Sewer Solution apparatus out far enough away from my trailer valves to allow them to open. . That is actually a bonus as it allows you to see when the Black water tank is empty and turns clear. I also bought the 10' extension hose just in case I had a long reach to the sewer. I found out that you can make adapters from the hose back to pvc pipe as follows: The id of the hose is an identical match to 3/4" Cpvc pipe. (same od as the little aluminum piece of pipe that comes with the extension hose.). Buy an adapter from 3/4" Cpvc to 3/4" pvc and then a 3/4" x 1" pvc bushing and you are in business. Just remember to turn the hose clockwise as you are looking toward the cpvc pipe to both screw it on AND off. Funny that it works that way but as you rotate the hose in that direction it makes the spirals in the hose enlarge, thus slightly enlarging the hose id, allowing it to slip off the pipe. I did not use any clamps on the connections and feel pretty safe without them. It is not likely that you would get a clog in the hose that would allow the hose to pressure up since the jetting action at the hose inlet next to the camper is breaking any solids into tiny pieces.

Works discharging to a slight incline of several inches
Bought this item as my pomegranate and Fig trees grew into the space I would normally back my trailer up and hook the gravity feed hose, though the location was at a slight incline, I would just pick the hose and work the waste back to the drain when I was done flushing, so I needed some type of pumping solution from the get go. This item did work (I also added the 25' extension hose as my discharge spot is about 20ish feet away. I did have to glue a couple PVC fittings that came with the kit (Which I always have on hand for my yard irrigation repairs when needed, if you don't have it you'll need to take a trip to Home Depot, Lowes or other local shop you have) but overall the connections were super simple, a couple hose clamps for the extension hose and connecting a garden hose for the quick connect Fresh Water supply. Flushed the grey water tank first to test it out and it worked. Simply aim the water jet nozzle towards the discharge hose and the venturi effect takes over pushing the liquid out of the hose to the discharge. Since my elevation was small (The box says up to 3 feet discharge height, but that all depends also on the length of hose you have, the longer the hose, the height of discharge capability would go down, In this solution, the overall resistance to flow of the hose and the height of discharge is what determines what is possible. For me my overall hose lenght was the 10' it came with plus 25' extension hose (Total 35') and an elevation of approximately 10" worked fine and only took about 7 minutes to empty my grey water tank which was about 15 gallons at my best guess, so I got about 2.14 Gallons per Minute of flow for the waste side of things. Cleanup was simple as I just closed off the tanks and flushed the sewersolution out with the connected fresh water line, which has it's own shutoff on the quick connect that is supplied (Also has a backflow preventer which was nice). My only concern is that all of these components are basically plastic (Except for the venturi/nozzle setup) and I'm usually not very careful with stuff which leads me to believe at some point in the future I'll be careless and break a part of this system. Given the price tag I'm sure I'll be using some Epoxy of some sort to put it back together. Overall I am happy with the purchase, having only used it once I'll see how this goes after several uses and the durability of the device at my hands.

This is not a macerator it is only a flushing device

Worked as expected. Added extra 15’ hose and no problem pumping slightly up hill for 20+ feet.

This product works exactly like it says but I did have to modify some of the longer discharge hose. I recommend it to anyone

It's a bit more involved to hookup but I find it is awesome. Great if at a site with full services. Cleans tank as well.
