I can jimmy three of four small-to-medium-sized female policymakers into the durable polypropylene sleeve, and the ultrasonically welded seams mean our leading ladies won't get soggy during the storms and showers that our nation's capital so frequently throws at us. In addition to the practical aspects, these folios are also refreshingly modern and upbeat in appearance (according to the product description - "making an artistic statement themselves"). That's what I call a win-win situation. My only reservation is around the precise nomenclature and whether there is any legal basis for perjury in presidential debates, since technically we will have "files" full of women, and not "binders" as the Governor demanded. But hey, we can cross that bridge when we come to it.
