Does anyone who has anxiety seen any improvement? Thanks in advance!

I don’t have anxiety, however, I recently was finishing up school and testing that was extremely stressful. Using the vibration platform really aids in helping the body detox and removing unwanted build up of free radicals, toxins and poor quality energy. Using the pre programmed selection of P0 thru P2 or P3, (no higher) you can effectively do a lymphatic drainage. Position your body in either a plank (put down a towel for padding under your forearms) or in a push up (hands flat and towards the outer part of the platform. What if someone needs something to hold onto, what do you recommend for 85yo with bad balance?

My Mom is 90 and she is using it with a sturdy chair in front of the plate. She holds on with both hands or sometimes just with one hand and then switches hands. The chair is far enough away that it doesn’t touch the machine. This is working great for her.

I saw some questions about g force that U did not answer. Provide a numerical value of the g force on this machine, and if this is an ac or dc motor?
