Excellent knife.

Great knife very sharp and durable

I use this more than I use my razor knife. It's got the perfect sharpness to strip wire without gouging the copper, it's not nearly as big as most cable splicing knives, but it strips big wire no problem. It's also my "go to" tool to peel jacket off of romex - doesn't nick the wires insulation like a razor can be prone to, and it's stiff enough to get back in a box and chop it off back there. This is the second one I'm on now, the first one got worn down to a nub after years of use. I sharpened the last one on a tube from an old knob and tube ripout for many years before it got hijacked, and i had to buy another. Just hope I don't have to buy ANOTHER because 10/10 I will if this one comes up missing.

Superior quality knife. They last a very long time.

Early returns are good. The grip is textured and feels solid, even wet. Blade came sharp. The tool is made in China, which is a huge disappointment to me. Klein has made this knife in the USA for generations, I can’t believe it’s that much more profitable to push it overseas. C’mom, Klein.
