Forget about Megafood
Megafood one daily used to be a decent vitamin, but it's now crap, instead of helping me to feel better, it depresses me. Don't waste your money buying Megafood!!!!!;

Doesn't contain certain bioavailable compounds
I took the standard, Iron free, Men's version for a long time. I thought they were a good products at the time. However, I became quite anxious and paranoid for a time. And it seemed to get better once I quit using this multivitamin. Come to find out. That B12 & folic acid toxicity is a cause of mental health problems, when taking the non active vs active (methylcobalamin, methylfolate) forms. So, it's possible this was a contributing factor. I wouldn't recommend giving these particular products a try. However, I see the new "advanced mulivitamins" have corrected this issue. & may give those a try in the future. Only issue with those would maybe the ascorbic acid, instead the entire vitamin C complex. Personally, I'd rather see them remove it from their products for this reason. But, not a deal breaker. As there probably isn't enough in them to cause any problems.
