My stylist uses this iron. I have very thick, coarse, and wavy hair. This iron is easy to use and it does the job! My hair stays straight and that doesn’t happen unless my hairdresser styles my hair. That is why I purchased this iron. It is easy to use. It is a quality iron. Have been using it at least three times a week for the past year and a half, no problem. You will be happy you made this purchase. It’s worth it!

This flat iron leaves my hair silky straight and I can go Until my next wash day without having to touch it up. I have not seen any heat damage to my curls and I can achieve great results with one pass. Picture is of my niece who has similar hair texture as mine. Before is her hair in it’s natural state and after is the results with this flat iron.

This is hands down my favorite hair straightener EVER. I have used many a Chi in my life as well as numerous different brand names and off brand options. This is the best straightener! I love how hot it gets but that the temperature is clearly marked and can be adjusted. It glides so smoothly and my hair NEVER gets caught like my CHI did. My last straightener from Paul Mitchell lasted 7 years and the only reason I had to replace it is because I cut my hair into a pixie and gave it to my friend. It does get very hot so if you have thinner/fine hair then I would suggest turning it down. I cannot say enough good things about this straightener.

This straightener is the best I've ever had. I have very full, long thick hair. When I dry my hair it poofs out and is really frizzy. I've purchased many flat irons wanting flat smooth hair and none of them worked like this one. This flat iron is light weight, gets hot quickly. It cuts the time I do my hair in half. With each use of this flat iron, I feel like I've just stepped out of the salon. Highly recommend this product! If I could give this a 10 star rating, I would.

I purchased this from Amazon as they were the lowest priced and actually had sold a lot of both models, but the Neuro Smooth had some great reviews and some not so great, thus I am giving my two cents worth. I have dry hair with some breakage, fall out due to medications for Thyroid. However, this Neuro 1.25” Flat-Iron is amazing, it’s the first one I have bought that I can easily program and SEE the correct temperature to avoid frying my hair. Even with natural hair loss on top of my issues I have very thick hair about1.5” below my shoulders, it usually took me 45-60 minutes to blow dry & straighten my hair. Now it’s less than 30 minutes, and my hair is shiny and looks salon straightened. People complained about this pulling on their hair, I have not had that problem, and this is the BEST FLAT IRON I have ever owned!!

My friend had this straightener and I used it, OMG! The best straightener I have ever used. You only have to go over a piece once or twice. It doesn’t pull on little hairs either. This is a 100/10

I bought this hair tool for my teenage daughter and it is perfect. She has thick coarse hair and it straightens on the first pass. The temp is adjustable to thinner hair as well and wider width means less time to straighten a whole head of hair.

Mi hermana es peinadora profesional y tiene esta plancha, así que al usarla me gustó mucho y por eso decidí comprarla. Yo tengo en cabello muy grueso y con mucho frizz y esta plancha me lo deja súper lacio y suave. Además me hago tratamiento con nanoplastia y esta plancha es súper buena para este procedimiento. Tenía mis dudas ya que había muchos comentarios diciendo que no era original o que les había llegado una plancha usada pero a mí me llegó todo bien y se ve que es original y de muy buena calidad. Tengo ya 2 meses usándola y es la mejor alisadora que he tenido.

Soy de cabello crespo entre rizado y ondulado. Había probado otras marcas más costosas aún, y no me duraba mucho tiempo el liso del cabello, hasta que compré esta marca. Ampliamente recomiendo!
