I was having absolutely horrible sleep quality—insomnia, difficulty getting to sleep, difficulty waking up when I needed to but in the night waking up every half hour, daytime drowsiness so severe I could fall unconscious at any moment, etc. My doctor recommended I try this on top of my other supplements and—for the first time in my LIFE, mind you—I’m falling asleep on time, I stay asleep the whole night, and I actually feel rested when I wake up in the morning. The only downside is that they’re a bit hard to swallow for people not used to giant capsules, and they really do smell absolutely vile. Think of the nastiest, sweatiest, grimiest gym socks you’ve ever smelled, wear them for a week longer, and pack it into a bottle. Totally worth the trade off, though—smelling it for a few seconds is NOT fun, but I get the best sleep I’ve ever had in my life.

This Is one of those crazy good and crazy expensive items. Is worth it to me for a good night's sleep, and this stuff delivers. Takes about 20 minutes and then gently sends me to sleep. Never leaves me groggy in morning except for once when I took 3 instead of the recommended 2. Certainly worth a try.

Good stuff. Works as good as the rx ones. Smell isn’t that bad like others claim. Does give you weird dreams for the first few days. Not nightmares but odd ones.

From sleeping meds to this! No side effects! You wake up not feeling groggy or hungover, and feel like you actually got some rest. On sleeping meds 9 hours of sleep were needed to be able to function. While that’s a good sleep goal, this allows me to get less sleep but still function. The only downside is that it smells bad, but it’s a small price to pay for this amazing product!

Worst Rest Ever - Buy with caution. I read they changed the formula from other reviews so it’s not great anymore. So bummed. Wish I would have read the negative reviews- but there were so many great positive reviews and I love Pure Encapsulations!! But this had me BUZZING!!! Woke me up from my sleep about an hour in. It was like I took a gateway drug. Complete opposite effect of sleeping. A few nights later I woke up at 3 and thought let me try one more time - I’m up anyway. Totally felt it zipping through my body. Sadly, the item can’t be returned-But I’m thinking, hey since I’m stuck with it, maybe I take this in the morning for extra energy at work. DEFINITELY NOT a Best Rest. Worst Rest Ever

Seems to work pretty well when trying to fall asleep but doesn't help me stay asleep. Be warned they smell horrible, seriously horrible.

This is one of the few sleep supplements that works, but the smell will probably make you gag. Sometimes I dread taking them, despite knowing they’ll allow me to sleep deeper, simply because of the stench. I hope in the future they can formulate a variation that at least covers the odor to make them palatable. I really like these because they don’t make me feel groggy upon waking up.

Fantastic sleep support. I was taking 6mg of melatonin and lots of magnesium before tying this— and this replaces both of them and I am sleeping so much better!
