Works like magic!
I LOVE this seasoning!! I discovered it a decade ago and have repurchased it and never quit. It is all you need sprinkled on a salmon and like magic your fish comes out perfect and delicious.

The Best Seasoning for Baked Seafood.
I put this on all the fish that I bake. The flavor isn’t salty at all but it’s a tiny bit sweet. Overpriced in stores. Cheaper here.

MAGIC is the best. Made specifically for salmon
Best for salmon ever. I've tried many flavors for salmon, most of them are made for seafood and fish but this is made specifically for salmon and it's the absolute best. I put some very generously on the top before cooking my salmon at 350* for 30 minutes. First I pour lemon juice over the salmon, top it with butter, then the *magic*. Makes the best flavored salmon you could eat. Try that recipe for your next gathering of friends and family. A+

best salmon and fish seasoning
This is the best salmon and fish seasoning out there. Just sprinkle on your filet after brushing with olive oil or butter and throw it in the oven. Delicious!

Savory not spicy
This was a replacement for us. In the past, we were able to get this through our butcher shop, but they closed. So happy to find it here. This is a great salmon seasoning for those looking for flavor without much heat. It was actually the first seasoning we started using on salmon. Recommend

Best Salmon seasoning out there!
I first bought this seasoning back in the early 2000’s from Costco and have been using it ever since. When we finally ran out of our last container, I was absolutely devastated to find out that Costco stopped carrying the product and we couldn’t buy it anymore. This is hands down THE BEST salmon seasoning! Whether you like it baked or grilled, just brush with butter and generously coat with this truly magic seasoning. I was ecstatic when I found out I could purchase it through Amazon and enjoy my salmon again.

Sprinkle this on your salmon before baking and as it is near being finished in the oven, add/spread a Thai sweet chilly glaze like the one you get at Costco over the top and then shove under your broil burner of your oven from the bake setting to caramelize/char the sugar in the glaze a bit and it is the most awesome salmon from the oven. Careful you don't burn it too much under the Broil setting. Gotta keep a vigilant eye on it at that stage. Been doping this for decades now. The trick with salmon - and most fishes - is to not overcook the salmon. Apply the glaze to the broil routine when you see the salmon still has raw red in the middle poking it with a fork. Usually, the salmon is sweating at this point and some will show whitish "bubbles" on their surface when they are close to that stage of cooking. Overcooked Salmon, or any fish for that matter sucks! But even when it can still happen to me with the above methods, the Prudhomme spice and the Sweet Chilly Glaze still make it edible. Another good fish spice from the Prudhomme line of spices is their Blackened Redfish spice. Excellent on Swordfish smearing the surface first with melted butter on the fish first and carefully adding melted butter as you cook it on a barbecue. Melts in your mouth! Their Salt Free Seasoning is also excellent for veggie spicing for the BBQ as well. No affiliation with Prudhomme or whatever vendor may be connected to this review other than a very satisfied Prudhomme user for well over three decades now, but now their spices are hard to find here in Canada. Shame!

Hands down the best salmon seasoning. We’ve tried others, but nothing compares. So easy to make salmon taste amazing!

I enjoy many of the Paul Prudhomme Magic Seasonings but this is one I particularly enjoy with salmon. Sprinkle generously on the fish, cook, and enjoy.
