Pretty good knife for the price
It’s nothing fancy but I wasn’t expecting it to be for the price. The lock mechanism was a little tight out of the box but that’s an easy fix with a screwdriver. Also needed to be sharpened a little bit but that goes for most new knives. It’s a little heavy for something advertised as lightweight but it’s definitely not cheap and flimsy like some of the other ones out there. I do wish the thumb switch was the same size on both sides or reversible so it could be more easily opened by someone who is left handed. Would also be nice if the belt clip was reversible as it is on a lot of other knives I’ve purchased, but it’s not a dealbreaker. The built in hole to attach to a key ring or something is a nice touch. I won’t be using it as an every day carry but it’s not a bad choice especially if you’re on a budget. Will see how the edge holds up over time but so far it’s been good.

Very well made
Quality product. As to be expected when it comes from Gerber. The best there is period.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
Horrible knife do not buy. For this price, there are better knives you can buy. This knife also has no real purpose. For instance, it has a slim handle. Okay, gentlemen's knife. Wait, the clip allows a large part of the knife to stick out of your pocket, and it is a tall knife. Alright, maybe a hunting/camping knife? Nope, it has no jimping on the blade, un-ergonomic handle and the framelock is un-safe. Pros: Once broken in it kinda flicks out okay. (That's really all i can think of that I like about this knife) Cons: Slim, un-ergonomic handle Absolutely no jimping on the blade The framelock will, unless flicked open with force, fail after a light spine-whack Kind of painful to dis-engage the framelock Horrible blade steel Pain in the you-know-what to dis-assemble the knife for cleaning and maintenance Ginormous lanyard hole. Very tight pivot and pocket clip upon receiving Made in china I paid 43$ for this knife and now it went down to 26$. Shows how desperate they are to sell it

Too small and too thin
+ compact size + affordable + sharp blade - to small for regular size hand - the locking mechanism doesn't work well - feels too light in hand and the grip is not good.

Too big for pocket.
Good price, to big for a pocket knife

You get what you pay for. Sometimes.
The pivot screw was so tight that I could barely open the blade with both hands. When I tried loosening the pivot screw the slot hogged out immediately rendering any future attempts to loosen the pivot post impossible. If your QC is so bad you ship a knife in this condition why not use a hex or star head screw for the pivot post? How many penny’s a knife can that cost? Nice looking knife but forget about opening it with one hand. Made in China. Under $30.00. I guess you get what you pay for.
