Used to repair my AudioBox USB 96 and it worked perfectly
My audio interface, the Presonus AudioBox USB 92 fell off a table with a cable plugged in the headphone jack "exploded" because it's made of cheap plastic. After opening it and looking at the type of board mounted jack it used, those seem to be a good replacement option. 15 minutes with a soldering iron and I was able to replace the broken jack with this one and it fitted perfectly, and it's made of metal so will more sturdy. No ground loop issues. works great and saved me the cost of a new interface, and the satisfaction of fixing something myself!Since it came in pack of two, I even have a spare jack left in case one of the other plastic ones breaks!

A quality connector
I'm a former pro audio engineer. I wanted to rack mount a new 18 channel digital mixer I bought for my restaurant. Rack mounting meant the headphone jack is not accessible. So I got these stereo 1/4 inch jacks to extend the headphone output to a blank rack panel right underneath the new mixer. The jacks are solid, were easy to install, took solder perfectly and worked great. FYI the rack adapters are not the stock Ashly units. I had these custom made by a friend so that the mixer would be slanted back a bit and a LED light strip mounted right above it. It makes the mixer more convenient to operate rather than being completely vertical in the rack, and the light covers the whole face which makes it easier to view.

Not bad but not great and ended up useless for my need.
Seems OK but no pinout documentation at all so I had to figure things out with a volt meter. Also, it shorts one of the pins to the threaded face plate mount. If the panel you’re mounting it to is metal then that usually means it’s shorting that pin to ground. This may be common or even “normal” but made it completely useless for my needs.

BIG PROBLEM SOLVER.....
I don't know where these came from but they solved a big problem.Used to replace the brittle and noisy output jacks on a VOX Valvetronix. For other pieces of equipment using those pesky board mounted jacksthat literally explode and fall apart. These jacks are sturdy, robust and theinternals lock the plug positively. They could be a bit less expensive or be soldin six packs so we could stock them.

Top quality product A+!!
I am restoring a Realistic STA-80 Stereo and this is exactly what I needed. The original connector was made of plastic and cracked off. For my scenario I just soldered the leads and the ground is completed because the stereo is made of metal. So if not you will have to get some spare wire and make a ground with the middle prong. Very happy with my purchase thank you!
