This product is amazing. I have taken this product last night for the first time along with Euro Health and I slept so well throughout the night after a long period of time. I'm suffering from insomnia, I tried many different products but nothing worked for me. When I woke up this morning, I felt like a new person. Seeing my happy face in the morning my husband spontaneously said that it is like winning a lottery for him because I used to be groggy in the morning and throughout the day. My mood has improved as well. I'll take these supplements for a couple of weeks and see how I feel. I'll write another review in near future.

I don't do reviews. . But when a product REALLY TRULY delivers what it promises the way this product does... I had to. I am 100% satisfied with this product and am a lifelong customer now. I take it and 15 mins later I'm unable to stay awake. I am able to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep for 8 to 9hrs no problem. I wake up very rested aND refreshed. To me. ...that is priceless. I only wish that they made this product in bulk containing over 100 tabs.

I have been using L-tryptophan for a long time. I was not familiar with the this brand and was a little skeptical that it was not going to be as effective as what I was using, the last one was more expensive. But it is just as effective as what I was using before and I am completely satisfied with it.

I've read and heard a lot about tryptophan as a natural sleep aid, so I figured I would give it a shot since I have a really hard time of sleeping at night and sleeping well. After taking this for the first few times, I could really tell a difference. Now, I won't go to bed without taking it!

I have taken sleep aids that knock me out but make me feel drowsy and hungover in the morning. This doesn't cause that at all. I can take it night after night with no side effects.
