Jarrow Formulas BoneUp Three Per Day for Bone Density and Skeletal Nutrition, Includes Vitamin D3, K2 (as MK-7) and Calcium, 90 Capsules, 30 Day Supply

Been using for over 2yrs and it works, just wish they would make the capsules smaller to swallow!

I am taking this since being diagnosed with osteoporosis, apparently due to heavy metal leakage from 30+ years of tampon use!!! In lieu of strong pharmaceuticals I’m hoping for some improvement with this supplement. I will say I have a little more energy, my Vitamin D numbers have improved, and my nails are VERY strong. My doctor is actually concerned my calcium is too high, a sign I might having absorption issues, but rather that than a deficiency I suppose. Still a work in progress but I’ve been showing some improvement after take one dose per day. I have a disability that presupposes me to reach negatively to all fillers in supplements and medications so I have to reduce dosages of any product to the bare minimum efficacy. Here is hoping it helps my body in more ways than one.

I have been taking calcium for many years now. I don't eat what I need to replenish it!ONLY 3 CAPSULES a day! What a relief! Most calcium products that I've found require 6 capsules.I also take other meds and this has reduced the total amount. Much nicer to swallow!

So far am waiting to see if works, but other than being a large pill, was very easy to swallow and after 2x of taking didn't affect stomach issue. It helped with knee. No taste. Hoping it helps hip.

Taking this for awhile and it seems to be helping. Great company as well

I know you are not supposed to grow bone but my body scan showed a 7% improvement!!

I like the fact I only have to take three capsules a day instead of six or more!
