I had a similar one of these at my job, but it was pretty old and it recently died, but the company wasn't getting these anymore and went to a 50-pound food processor thing instead; ugh, so I ordered this dicer, and I was able to use it yesterday at the job and it went through onions and tomatoes like butter. I like the light colored grid instead of a black one so I can actually see if there's food bits to clean up; it has a little cleaning "fork" you can use (and an extra blade), but I don't typically need it because I wash it out right away after use so things don't get dried on. I only do that job once per week, so this will last a long time, but if you're a daily user, you might want to get more than a 4-inch chopping area to save yourself pre-dice cutting time.

Very much worth the money very sturdy will be good for restaurant use

Sturdy and well built. I will use it for French fries instead of buying the frozen kind. But I have looked through the manual and I am trying to find out what the black knob is for. Fast delivery as well.

It’s really Good. Easy to use and wash just need a brush and you’re set. Is good price. I was hesitating On getting it bc I thought it would be cheap or something but no!! Is great!!

Utter crap

This dicer is made of a heavy metal. It has secure footing and the drop block glides up and down easily. This will work great for small vegetables. I used it with russet potatoes and it was a bit more of a task. It certainly was much better than doing them by hand but required a bit of forceful energy on the drop block. I do recommend this but would encourage the individual who plans on heavy use to purchase the large grid head.

After purchasing the plastic dicer I was a little Skeptical. After using this I’m very happy with the commerical version. I dice vegetables for almost every meal and this thing saves me loads of time. Perfect size veggies to. Little difficult to clean but still worth it.

Product was probably alright but it was used and still filthy with someone else’s food debris still intact. The one star is for the seller, not the product
