The safety locks didn't last more than a few weeks. These locks are not strong as my 15 month old son was not only able to figure out how to lock and unlock these straps but with a little force able to break the flimsy plastic these locks are made of. Also, when these lock straps break the small plastic parts can be a choking hazard for the kids, so this is definitely not a safety gadget. I need to buy something more stronger than this and not as bulky as a proper padlock for the kitchen cabinets.

Hi i am using this item not indoors but outdoors on my polycarbonate greenhouse,i had looked for a quick and easy lock for my greenhouse, but i had no luck the windcaught the door the other week causing it to open and have some of the windowsblow out. I had to think of a way to make sure this did not happen again, it was whilst looking through Amazon i found these child locks for cupboards as well as otherindoor areas which needs them. I thought that i might try these and i decided to give these a trythey save all the work of drilling and they fit so quick in less than 3 minutes i had put one on each end of the greenhouse door they work perfectly, and it was cheaper than buying heavy duty locks i would recommend these to any one who is looking to do the same as i have done.

this is our 2nd order. The first was 6 years ago for our 1st child. They do the job, easy to install. They can't cope with too much pressure but they're not meant for that. Good price. They work well for drawers and cupboards.An advantage over the screwed in latches is that with these you can't open the doors at all (if installed tightly) so little fingers can't get caught.Easy ordering, fast delivery.

I have previously purchased different safety locks and after 1 day use the adhesive loosened and they were easily ripped off by my 1 year old. So when I bought these I didnt really expect much difference. But they have proven me wrong. The are so incredibly easy to stick into place and the clip and unclip can be done one handed. They are definitely stuck on as even I couldnt pull them of when I stuck one on at a dodgy angle.I would 100% recommend these!!

Very easy to install. I’d say they work really well - I found that magnet child locks I’ve had in the past are quite hard for other people to use and you have to always remember where the magnet is. But with these ones it’s very self-explanatory and they don’t look unattractive either.

Unfortunately I have been quite disappointed with this product. One latches plastic component simply snapped when my 10 month old pulled the cupboard door. Then removing the broken lock from the cupboard door was less than easy, leaving a sticky residue which I had to sit on the floor and gently pick away for 30 minutes. Thankfully I have only attached one other lock from the pack and I am dreading having to remove that. Wouldn't buy again.

So far, so good. My one year old grandson has tried to open my kitchen cupboards but has been unable to because of these locks. I haven't tried to remove them yet so don't know how easily the adhesive will come off.

Easy to use and hard to pull off but It only took 6 days for my 16 month old to work out how to open these.
