Price, and can easily zoom!
Great binoculars for the price! Going to use them to observe the stars in the night sky! Like the price, and that I can zoom with them!

This Binocular is excellent and a good value
This is an excellentThis is an excellent Binocular and a good value. It is very easy to focus and adjust. It is very durable. I like the weight because it is not too heavy. The magnification is perfect I like to take it to the ocean to watch the ships in the distance. I wish it came with a better case. I decided to buy a small zippered soft tool bag which is much better to store it.

Decent quality
Decent quality binoculars but optics aren't nearly as sharp and clear as a pair bought 40 years ago.

Perfect for the casual observer. Insta focus is great.
I debated long and hard about 12x50 vs 10x50. The first number is magnification, 12 seems better right?BUT - reviews said that 12 times is much more difficult to prevent 'shake" (it's difficult to be that steady), and 10 times zoon is about the edge of what most people can do.Also - hoe far are you trying to see?I'm using these pretty much only from inside my house, which overlooks a lake about 1/2 mile to other shore. These are powerful enough for that. The 50 is the size of the lens that allows the light in - bigger means a brighter image, but comes at the cost of weight. I'm not carrying these around, so the weight isn't an issue. They're not super heavy, but I wouldn't want to carry them around all day. Maybe if I went on a hike with a backpack I'd bring them, but I wouldn't be walking with them hanging around my neck. The insta focus is great. Very easy to use and FAST.The only downside is that I wish the lens covers / caps were connected together, they're too easy to misplace. Still giving it 5 stars though - this is a minor issue.Summary : Great binoculars for a beginner / casual user. Seem sturdy. Easy to use. Not too heavy,

Yep. They're binoculars.
Fits the use case of inspecting animal activity on the property at a distance.Purchase experience was odd in that the order was canceled by Amazon notification with no detail why. The order number fell out of my Amazon order history. Product page listed still available, but discount on price had changed. Re-purchased at the higher price due to need and received prompt delivery. Months later a second pair of the same product arrived with an invoice slip listing the lost order number. I assume a mishap between the vendor and Amazon side of the transaction and a one off case rather than a recurring issue.

For hunting & range spotting
I got these because the price was right and because they were Bushnell and the overall ratings appear good. They give a very good picture for such inexpensive binocs and the focus seems very intuitive to me. I am easily able to see my shots out to 100yds at the range, even using plain paper targets. They are a little more limited for hunting because you can't zoom out for a wider view but I knew that when I bought them. I also have a 4X and a 3X9 scope, so I normally do my broad scoping with the rifle scope 1st, then if there's something that needs more scrutiny these binocs give me a good view, at least out to distances I'm actually likely to shoot (I live where it's rare to shoot more than 100 yards and I won't even try a shot past where I estimate 300 yards to be. Maybe one day I'll have a range finder and a better rifle and I'll try that really long shot). I have had these out on a damp, drizzly day and had no problems. Low light use at just the 1st signs of dawn is OK if you're not looking too far away. My 3x9 scope is also Bushnell, and is designed to give better vision in low light. It's better than these in the low light of early morning except that at 9X it doesn't have the wide field of view these do. Of course it has a better field of view at 3x as I stated above. Overall I'm glad I got these. The case is just something to carry these in, nothing special. It has no padding to protect them. Again, I knew I was buying inexpensive binocs. The lense covers have an annoying tendency to come off. I just have to pay a little more attention to be sure I got them on well and then make sure I don't hit them on anything. They aren't attached, which would have been a great feature that shouldn't have raised the cost much. My scopes have caps that are attached by elastic cords, which keeps them on securely.Even with these minor problems I'm giving these 5 stars. I think they are great for the money.

"Affordable Binoculars with Impressive Clarity for Outdoor Events
I purchased these binoculars for a youth sailing regatta and was pleasantly surprised by how well they performed, especially given their lower price point compared to a more expensive pair my parents had. The clarity is fantastic and adjustable, allowing me to see across the entire lake without any issues. The focus was smooth and precise, which made tracking the boats easy even from a distance. These binoculars definitely exceeded my expectations, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable but effective option for outdoor events like regattas.

Didn't work right out the box, replacement worked
First of all I ordered these As New from the Amazon warehouse. Arrived in an undamaged package in the manufacturer box packed with another item. Everything was there except the lenses were loose, they didn't adjust properly because theyhad excess play in the adjust part. The capwouldn't tighten completely. Looks these were a previous return and not inspected thoroughly. I've purchased from the warehouse before and generally items were in a damaged box but working properly. I'm returning this pair and ordered a new pair. The lenses were bright, the weight was acceptable and the protective case and 4 lens covers are a nice touch. Most other reviews were positive so I'm hoping theses were just a lemon. The return process was hassle free. I'll update my review when the new pair arrive.Update 3 May 2024The new pair arrived with no damage. Work great. I have to believe the pair from the Amazon warehouse was a broken return and was not inspected thoroughly before resold.
