Been using this shampoo for over 2 decades. Great product.

Was looking for a substitute for my daily shampoo - Trader Joe's Spa hydrating/nourish. Someone had written suggesting Giovanni 50/50. Bought a small bottle and loved it. Clean fragrance and excellent daily product that leaves hair clean but not weighed down. When I attempted to order a large bottle, received a much darker shampoo. I checked with the manufacturer and was informed that the batch code identified it as being produced in 2019. 5 years old. Shelf life is 3 to 3 1/2 years. Was told they had no expiration date but cautioned the fragrance might be different. Returned to Amazon for a replacement and received an identical old batch product. Apparently they don't make the 33.8 oz size any longer, so this is someone trying to move old stock The shampoo itself is great but order in smaller sizes to ensure freshness. They do currently offer a 1 gal bottle if you're looking for a larger quantity.

I’ve used this brand n formula x over 15 yrs. is the only shampoo I use. Great x thin hair like mine. It cleanses it without living it over dry or oily and n is gentle on my scalp since I have sensitive skin w a fresh soft like herbal scent. Love it

This shampoo really gets our hair clean. I wondered why I was running out so fast and then I realized the whole family was using it and loved it. So that’s what I’ve been buying and it’s working great for us.

Good price and I really do like this brand. But I personally need something a bit more clarifying. I find that this shampoo doesn't do the cleansing job well enough and on day two or three of not shampooing I see dandruff. With other shampoos, I have no issue on day two or three.

Great shampoo for color treated hair.

This is my favorite shampoo. I have locs so it get my hair sure clean without stripping my hair. I wish this size was sold in stores. I got tired of paying for the smaller bottles because I go thru them so fast

Very unhappy with the change in scent. Nothing indicated any change but my face is on fire so something is definitely different. I've used this product for YEARS with no problem until now
