Colors tend to be a little darker than you think, the light looks great on me and I usually wear light to med beige foundation. It stays on well, not orange at all. I use it all summer, re-applying every couple of days. No more pasty white legs when I wear a dress.

I really didn’t expect to like this product and was quite surprised. I felt there was no way a makeup product could work on legs, much less last for more than a day. Then there was the whole issue of matching color so it didn’t look ridiculous. It turns out that this stuff works really well. You’re able to control the depth of color based on the amount that you put on. It lasts for several days but could be removed if you really wanted to. It even survived showers if you don’t scrub your legs. Upon applying it, it’s obvious that the color of my legs changed. It’s not obvious to someone else that I’m wearing make up though. It’s translucent so it doesn’t fully cover, which is actually really good so it looks realistic. I feel like the shade I purchased would work on many shades of lighter than colored skin. I got light, not fairest, though my skin is quite light.

This is a horrible product. I have pale skin and I purchased the "Light" color. It's a bright orange/brown color in person. It looks very bad. It doesn't cover any imperfections on the skin, it looks incredibly unnatural, and it's streaky. You're better off buying a cheap bottle of face makeup foundation or concealer and applying it on your legs. The only good thing about this product is that it did wash off easily.

I found much easier to apply than the spray-on version. Once you get the hang of it, a small amount delivers impressive coverage masking veins, freckles, and imperfections smoothly and naturally. Although deep veins are still visible. Application is straightforward: a little goes a long way, and it blends easily. Cleanup is effortless soap washes it off cleanly but be sure to rinse your bath right after use to avoid any residue. The light glow finish looks subtle and natural. Over time, I’ve mastered a consistent routine for flawless-looking skin. The lotion dries fast and doesn’t transfer to clothes. Tested in Las Vegas heat :)

Even the light color is rather dark but since I still had a bit of summer color left, it was okay. I would need the fairest shade for the winter/spring months. Having used the spray version previously, I will say this was easier to use, better to travel with, and didn’t have the glittery sheen of the aerosol. The coverage is good and gave me enough confidence to be seen in public with less than perfect bare legs.

I am a light skinned woman however I’m not of the lightest of skins. I would say I’m up light too. I can sometimes wear a light medium however, this product was so dark that I couldn’t even begin to wear it because it was too dark for me, it was made for a much darker person than what I was, but I believed in the product so I ordered another one and a lighter shave, and it was the same thing. This product isn’t too late for me. It’s too dark and even mixing the two together. Well it gives a little bit of something if I got a suntan on the rest of my body, I might be able to wear this product as it is even the lightest shade of Sally Hansen‘s leg makeups or her sprays are way too dark for my legs, arms or any part of my body years ago. She made one spray and caught the suntan spray and it was nice, and I could spray my legs with it and not feel uncomfortable when I went out in short shorts, however the next year when I went to buy a bottle they changed the colors of the same name to a darker shade and I can no longer wear the product because it is way too dark so even the lightest shade is way too dark for my skin. Be sure to sample it in the store and rub it into your hand or leg and let it sit to see if it settles down in color before you spend your hard earned earned money.

I love this! As others suggested, I put it on and waited 1 hour for it to dry well. My legs looked like I was wearing panty hose. I am very pale and my legs looked natural, not orangey. It was easy to wash off from my hands with regular hand soap. After about 3 hours, I went to bed and was worried it would stain my white sheets. Next day, I woke up and my sheets were NOT stained. I wore long pants for about 3 hours and when I took them off, there were no stains inside the pant legs. I went out dancing that night, sat down, and nothing was stained (dress or sofa/chairs). A little bit did come off when I showered. But most took a couple of days to completely come off. Again, nothing on my sheets, clothes or furniture. Highly recommend!

I followed the directions on the tube and from other reviewers but unfortunately this product made my skin look more orange than tan. I was really hoping it would work for me... On the plus side it did feel lightweight and was easy to apply.

This actually works really well! Easier than selftanner and it gives such a smooth effect! Only downside is my right leg is fully covered in tattoos and... it makes the tattoos very dull (of course, there's make-up on it!) had to remove all of it from my tattoos with a q-tip... So if you don't have tattoos, go for it!

I have fair skin and bought this because it said it was light. I wanted to avoid too big of a difference between my tone and the lotion but it is too dark and leaves that orange look, which I wanted to avoid.
