On time and a good tool to use for stiff necks and pinched nerve.
It was as advertised and same as my PT uses.

Works amazing to release tension
Wow amazing, I have been suffering for 10 years with the occipital muscles being so tight they Cause my nerve to pinch in my neck behind my right ear. Like constant electrical impulses that make me not want to do anything outside the house. The only thing that helped me was chiropractor. Now that I got this I don’t even get tight anymore!!! I use it for 10 min a day in 3 different angles and it does 100 percent work!! Also I recommend heating pad for 10 to 15 min in the am if you can and I lay with an ice pack or head wrap thing from amazon at night before bed watching tv. I was about to get an epidural last week and this was my last hope before shots. I’m doing amazing Buy it and don’t look back!

Helps
Helps relieve tension in the neck when laying on a flat surface. Also help my shoulder relax while doing physical therapy.

Helps loosen muscle, but it slips
I have weak tendons and am going to PT to help my neck...when my PT did a massage, he basically held my head as I was lying down. I told him that's the best feeling and he suggested this. It's better to have a person lift your head, but obviously that's impossible to do everyday on a whim, so this helps. It slips and isn't as steady, but works well enough. I don't get "TMJ" relief from it, even though I have that. It just feels like it's giving my neck muscles a break.

Bout dang time!
I've had neck/shoulder and headache issues for YEARS thanks to a rather nasty horseback riding accident. Ongoing medical treatment has helped but I've looked in vain for something that I could use at home to hit "that spot" on my neck and lower cranium. Most massage devices are far too wide set, or are handheld and if I have to hold it against my neck that defeats the purpose of trying to relax the muscles in my neck and shoulder. This little device is stunningly simple and effective. Lay down on the floor or bed, prop you head on it and position as is most helpful and then just lay there and let gravity and the weight of your own skull do the work for you. Yes, it will hurt, but that's the goal because you are hitting trigger points (so a "good hurt"). When you are done (even just a few minutes can make a difference) I can only describe the feeling as "floaty" or like water is pouring down my neck. This thing precisely hits the same spots my massage therapist can work on so easily, plus it costs a lot less and I can use it whenever I need to. I won't stop seeing my medical professionals but it so great to have and effective an in-home trigger point therapy option when a nasty headache decides to strike!

Perfect for headaches!
I would highly recommend this product!!I work as physical therapist assistant in an outpatient clinic and we treat headaches/neck pain all day long. The feeling this product gives is the same as a therapist providing a manual sub-occipital release or mechanical cervical traction. I personally suffer from headaches/migraines and found great relief! It’s so easy to use and definitely a holistic option when it comes to headaches! The product itself was very firm (I was afraid it was going to be flimsy and wouldn’t hit trigger points), and very sturdy.

Not Adjustable for Different Necks
This can release tension if you have the perfect neck length to fit it. If your neck is too short, over time this actually causes a forward fold, might add more tension. If its height was adjustable, I think it would work well for everyone. It’s also stiff, although it looks rubbery. That’s good for acupressure release work, but a little softer would make it more comfortable for longer use.

Best so far
I've tried the cranio cradle and another similar product and either they didn't do much for me (the cranio cradle) or they were too hard. This one is just right. I can feel the tension just melt away when I lie on it. My neck pops a tiny bit in relief every time. And I can use the little bumps on it to rub the muscle at the base of my skull and really get in there in a way no other tool (or my fingers) has been able to match. Highly recommend, wish I had this at least 5 years ago.
