Thick metal. You might have to clean your lca mounts and then trim these to make it work on your application. But they seem to do the job.

Nice bracket for a good price. Make sure it sits flush before welding into position.

Very tough. But a must if you plan to offroad a TJ. Make sure to disconnect and remove the LCAs before welding. (Does not work with the stock stamped LCAs.)

Even something as simple as a piece of plate with a few bends in it shows the thought that went into the product. Weld the inside of your Dana 30(or 44) lower link brackets to the axle tube then weld these plates on, done deal.

According to JKS's website, these won't work with stock arms! I even called JKS to make sure, but they said the stock arms will hit these skid because of the width of the stock arm... So, if you have stock arms, don't buy these!This product listing should include this as a warning. The fit great and the install was simple. Drop the control arms from the mounts so you don't burn the bushings and weld them on. They will do wonders to help protect and reinforce the lower mounts.

Nice protection for the stock lower control arm mounts, but mine came poorly formed. They weren't bent along all the lines and had to have my 4wd shop finish the bents. $27 for 2 little pieces of steel is awfully steep if they aren't formed correctly. The only reason I got these, was so I didn't have to fab some.

Welded them onto my XJ without issue. Seems to have strengthened my LCA'S
