Pseudo science at best. Was looking forward to an intelligent read. Very disappointing.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this book. The title is misleading as the content does not reflect that title. Most chapters were nonsensical, with loads of incomplete sentences and grammatical and spelling errors. I can't believe this book was actually published. Highly disappointed! Save your money!
