Bought for someone else, but they absolutely love it and use it all the time. It's great quality and size, not too noisey and cleans pretty well. Definitely recommend.

I have a conservetory with glass roof panels that are difficult to clean. These items are quite expensive but I thought I would try them out. Typical karcher they look expensive for what they are but they are well made and work really well. I cleaned my 18 roof panels in about 45 minutes. I bought some third party glass cleaner which works well and a quick tip the cleaning pads can be bought on temu for a fraction of the price of karcher ones and work just as well.

I bought this kit to aid washing upstairs external window panes from a ladder. The Window Vac attaches to the extension pole with an easy but secure fixing which allows you to reach the higher parts of the window without having to climb too high on the ladder. The pole itself is lightweight but robust enough to easily hold the Widow Vac at longer range and the whole thing is fairly lightweight. The second extending pole in the kit has a washing brush on the end which completes the kit. Use one pole to wash the window and the second one to vacuum off the moisture, leaving quite a pleasing result. All in all an excellent addition to the Window Vac which makes window cleaning less of a chore.

Have purchased initially for my shop window together with hand held marcher window cleaner and together they have saved me a small fortune in window cleaners. Takes 20 mins to clean my shop front and can get to highest corners easily. Grips tight and easy to adjust. I also take it home and can wash all my own windows at home. Excellent money saver.

I am disabled, and unfortunately can no longer use step ladders of any type, due to my 'balance' problem, and even though I only have a bungalow it was impossible to do the top 8" of any of my windows, until I bought this set ! I assembled one of the 2-part poles easily, but the second one was problematic, and I had to resort to silicone spray to assemble it, I just hope I never want to take the poles apart, I suspect it would be impossible. All the instructions for assembly are on the 2 sides of the box, I was worried as I read a review that said there were no instructions, but in any case there is also a QR code on the box that will take you to a video on the Kärcher website, so there is no need to worry ! It would have been great if you could alter the angle of the microfibre head, it is a fixed angle and unless you can step back far enough from your windows (I can't because the path/garden) it is impossible to use, the fitting for the actual Kärcher though DOES have an angle adjustment on it, so there was no problem with that, but I can't use the microfibre head, because only the very bottom of the head touches the window - it needs redesign with a swivel head ! Conclusion : Great for the Karcher itself, but in any case the microfibre pole and head were totally useless, so beware if you can't move 4-5 feet away from your windows to get the angle right. My Kärcher WV5 was easy to use though, and I personally had no problems attaching it either. I would point out that I only used the pole at its shortest length, so I can't comment on whether there is a stability problem if you used them at their full extension I LOVE my Kärcher WV5 but as only one of the extension rods are of any use, I have deducted 2 stars, if they had made the microfibre head adjustable (articulated) then I would have given it 5 stars, the design team must have been too tired (or asleep ?) to think about it after doing the head for the Kärcher itself... such a shame` !

Item condition does not match listing Unfortunately, the item did not arrive in the condition described. The box was open and damaged on arrival, and the parts show visible signs of prior use (scratches and wear). This strongly suggests the item is not new. Additionally, the package was left at my door without proper sealing. This does not match the product listing and expectations for a new item.
