These clips are a bargain!!! I have a rather large cleaning fish in my tank (6 inches long) and we have gone through numerous high priced cheap plastic clips. All resulted in weak suction cups or broken plastic.These clips are awesome!! First if all, you don't have to pay and arm and a leg and you get 2 clips for the price of one. They are clear so when they are empty they don't really take away from your tank at all and don't confuse your cleaning fish and make him attach to the clip instead of the food. The suction cups on these clips are the best I've seen. They hold a half inch thick, 2-3 inch wide chunk of zucchini plus a 6 inch long thrashing fish without releasing from the glass. The strength of the clip is just as impressive. We haven't had the zucinni released from the fish on this own. It holds on tightly to whatever you put into it. You also don't have to cut down the food to put it into the jaws of the clip. It opens and seats pretty wide which is really nice. The other really cool feature of these clips I haven't seen before, is that the heads swivel. So when you just something in them like zucchini that floats the head simply swivels and turns up side down to allow for the zucinnis buoyancy instead of allowing the food to flip out of the clips jaws or brack suction from the glass. These clips don't feel as cheap or as fragile as others I've used and they work great! So far I haven't found any cons for this product.

The clips open and close smoothly with just the right amount of pressure, and the pressure bar is wide enough to hold the vegetables in place.Like any suction cup item, these work well if you don't put too much weight in them as they are meant to hold lightweight foods. I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I would prefer that the suction cups be a little thicker and stronger.For fish that enjoy vegetables, just wash and then blanch a couple of spinach or lettuce leaves or slices of squash, zucchini or cucumber in the microwave just until they're not quite as crisp, maybe 15 to 30 seconds, put on ice to cool it back down, and then add to the clips. Remove seeds from the zucchini or cucumber first. Put a clip on each side of the aquarium at the right height off the bottom gravel for your fish. Remove any uneaten portions after 24 hours.I've been keeping and breeding tropical fish as a hobby for over 35 years and have used these types of clips for most of those years.

I have bottom feeders and snails in all three of my aquariums, and they love cucumbers. If you put the cucumber directly into the tank, it will float to the top so I needed something to hold the cucumbers in place. These are perfect! There is no metal on it whatsoever so there is no risk of rust leeching into the tank water. The suction is good, it doesn't move around.

The media could not be loaded.  Works great for holding slices of squash and zucchini. The grooves in the clips firmly hold the soft slices even though I clip it very close to the rind edge. They don’t unstick from the glass even with with my bristlenose pleco hanging from it. They’re well made of quality materials. I’ve had them for 9 months now, both are left in tank for 20-24 hours a day, every day and I’ve yet to have one unstick itself from the glass. They’re very misshapen when removed from the tank but a minute in hot water restores them to like new. Please note they will not stick to the glass again until after they’ve been put in hot water for a minute or two.

Very useful for holding sheets of seaweed or romaine lettuce to feed my tangs. Some of the cheaper ones wouldn’t hold because the larger fish would pull it off the glass. This one even rotates from the suction cup.

I purchased these seaweed clips to hold nori seaweed for my reef tanks. They form a strong suction when stuck to the glass and hold well. It does hold the seaweed well as the fish tear into it. The only issue that I've noticed with is that the suction cups warp after they have been in the tank for a few weeks. They still maintain suction; however, they cannot be removed and placed back in the tank. The suction cup curls and therefore will not stick. I do periodically have to removed the to scrape algae off the glass. That that point, I replace them. For the price, it isn't a big deal.

Works as intended, but suction cups don't always stick and can fall quite easily. Also because of the rotating cup when clipping seaweed the clip tends to flip from downward to upward. Not a huge issue at all, more of just an observation. Other than that gets the job done. Would definitely be willing to pay a few bucks more for a better quality suction cup

Almost got 5 stars but the back end of one of the clips broke and the suction cup is only being held halfway. The plastic was a bit thin on the back but other than that they worked great.

I was told to give my fish more fibre, such as cucumber or lettuce, so I needed a holder. This pack of two were the most reasonably priced.They arrived just under 3 weeks after ordering, but still within the Amazon timescales. They are made of solid plastic, with a sucker that holds well on the glass. You just open the clip to hold the cucumber etc. and it grips the vegetable strongly. So far it has survived my fish pecking on the cucumber and not moved.I have been very impressed with both the quality and price of these Ocean Nutrition Seaweed Clips.

Purchased to hold leaves in aquarium.They are a little larger than I would have wished for but couldn't really find anything smaller

Absolute rubbish. Does not hold the food. The moment I put it in the water the food flipped out of the clip. You would think how hard can it be to make a clip and those guys are a living proof this can be screwed up. I am probably gonna return mine if I can be bothered, it's not about being a twat, it is about them not making a profit on such a crap product. It should be discontinued and not offered. The design is terrible.

Really handy to have, i’ve tried seaweed, cucumber and broccoli so far. Goldfish love it, it’s easier to give them there veg this way. My one goldfish really pulls at it and doesn’t come away or move. Really recommend!

Silicone suckers seem to do a good job in the tank. Clip is a nice size for holding food for your fish. A good price for 2 holders.
